高低温废水闪蒸引射热泵系统模拟优化及实验研究

【摘要】 为高效利用高低品位不同的分离器底水和稠油污水,提出一种基于高低温废水闪蒸的蒸汽引射式热泵工艺系统。针对该热泵系统,以闪蒸过程和引射工艺为核心建立了数学模型,编写了计算程序。对工艺进行了模拟计算,考察了稠油污水闪蒸压力和分离器底水闪蒸压力对闪蒸率和引射系数的影响规律。结果表明随稠油污水闪蒸压力提高,闪蒸率和能量回收率均呈凹函数下降趋势,随分离底水闪蒸压力升高,引射系数呈凸函数增长趋势;随稠油污水闪蒸压力压力升高,引射系数呈凹函数增长趋势;随引射器出口混合蒸汽压力升高,引射系数呈凹函数减少趋势。以出口蒸汽原油加热为目的,确定了高低温废水的最佳闪蒸压力,最佳喷嘴进出口面积比和临界流速截面面积与混合室出口面积比。并设计加工了试验撬块,进行了现场试验,验证了工艺可靠性及经济可行性。为实现稠油生产节能节水提供了一种有效的新途径。
【Abstract】 Inorder to efficiently recovery the heat energy of low temperature heavy oil sewage and high temperature separated water, a heat pump process system is proposed based on the different temperature sewage flash evaporation. The mathematic model is set up based on the flash evaporation and injection process, and the computer programs are wrriten. The simulated calculation of the heat pump process system is carried out. The influence of flash evaporation pressure of heavy oil sewage and separated water on the flashing ratio and injection ratio is researched. The results show that, when the heavy oil sewage flashing pressure is increasing, the energy recycling ratio and flashing ratio shows up concave function decline trend, and the injection ratio shows up concave function growth trend. when the separated water flashing pressure is increasing, the injection ratio shows up convex function growth trend. when the injector exit steam pressure is increasing, the injection ratio shows up concave function decline trend. Aim for heating oil, the optimal flashing pressure of different temperature wastewater, the export and import area ratio of nozzle, and the section of critical velocity and mixing chamber area ratio are determined. The experiment skid is designed and manufactured, and the test is carried out. The technological reliability and economic possibility are verified. It turned out theproposed heat pump process provided a effective new way for saving energy and water in the production process of heavy oil.
