【Abstract】 The electromagnetic spectrum monitor system deployed at the launch center can execute the monitor,management and early warning of the spectrum of radio signals at the launch center,thus to provide the basis for the commanding and decision-making during a space launch.This paper analyzes the requirements of the electromagnetic spectrum monitor system at the launch center,brings up the main functions that this system should have and conducts an overall design of the system.更多还原
