基于模糊自适应PID控制的126kVHV断路器无刷直流电机机构系统研究
Research on the Brushless DC Motor Mechanism of High Voltage Circuit Breaker Based on Fuzzy Self-adaptive PID Control

【摘要】 为提高高压断路器稳定工作性能,实现快速分合闸及动触头运动全程控制要求,研究了高压断路器无刷直流电机操动机构的控制系统。运用MATLAB搭建了基于PID和模糊自适应PID动触头运动控制仿真模型。同时基于TMS320F28335设计了电机驱动机构控制系统的硬件装置。仿真及试验结果表明:运用模糊自适应PID控制无刷直流电机机构可实现动触头运动的全程控制,提高了分合闸速度,满足了高压断路器分合闸动态性能的要求。
【Abstract】 To improve the stability of the high voltage circuit breaker(HVCB),accomplish faster opening &closing speed and meet the full-process controlling moving contact requirement.The control system of the operation mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker driven directly by the brushless DC motor(BLDC) was studied.The moving contact control system mode which based on PID and fuzzy self-adaptive PID was established in Matlab.A control device for motor driving mechanism was designed based on TMS320F28335.The simulations and tests indicate that achieving full-process controlling moving contact by controlling BLDC in fuzzy self-adaptive PID,improving the opening&closing speed and meeting the dynamic performance of HVCB opening &closing.
