高压隔离开关操动电机的调速控制技术研究

【摘要】 为了实现在高压隔离开关(DS)操作过程中对开关触头速度的有效控制以保证其动作稳定性,本文采用双闭环PD控制策略对电机的绕组电流、转速进行调节进而控制机构运动过程,以实现开关触头能够在特定时间点达到特定的行程。在对控制系统仿真实验的基础上,研制了以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的操作控制系统并进行大量实验。实验结果表明DS操动电机采用上述控制系统,能够实现高压隔离开关在操作过程中对速度的实时调节控制,且具有响应速度决、稳定性好、实时性强等优点。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the high voltage disconnecting switch(DS) in the operation process effective control the speed of the switch contact to ensure its stability,the double- closed-loop PID control strategy was adopted in the paper to adjust the motor winding current and speed,and then control mechanism motion operating process,and then to realize the switch contacts to achieve a specific travel point at specific time.Based on the simulation experiment,the control system was developed with digital signal processor(DSP) as the core,and a large number of experiments have done.The experimental results show that the DS operation motor controlled by the system can achieve the speed real-time regulating and controlling in the process of high-voltage DS operation,and has fast response speed,good stability,and strong real- timeliness performance.
