大型半速汽轮发电机负序运行引起的磁场畸变及其影响的研究

【摘要】 随着当今时代对电气设备的要求日渐提高,有许多情况导致电机发生不对称运行,此时了解由不对称运行产生的磁场畸变产生及其影响显的尤为重要,本文以1400MW核半速汽轮发电机电机作为研究对象,基于电机学的基本原理及电机的结构特点,建立以电机一个极作为二维磁场计算模型,并给出边界条件,采用有限元法对电机内部电磁场进行数值计算。研究结果表明汽轮发电机在带不对称负载时,不仅磁场发生畸变,而且电枢磁密与电枢电压也发生了明显的变化。从而了解大型半速汽轮发电机负序运行引起的磁场畸变及其影响,方便以后的研究。
【Abstract】 With time going on demand for electrical equipment has increased,there are many things cause motor asymmetric operation.Now knowing magnetic field distortion produced by asymmetric operation and its effect is particularly important.This paper takes 1400 MW nuclear half speed steam turbogenerator as the research object.A pole of the generator as a two-dimensional magnetic field calculation model is established which is based on the basic principle of electrical machinery and the structure characteristics of the machine,and boundary conditions are given.Electromagnetic field of the generator was calculated with FEM.Results show that the magnetic field and the armature magnetic density were different from the normal one.The concluded that the investigation of the magnetic field distortion and influence for the large half speed turbogenerator with negative sequence operation is good for the later research.
