基于电网框架结构模型的机电波到达时间预测算法

【摘要】 机电波理论为研究电网扰动影响与控制提供了新的思路,如果能预知机电波到达本地的时间,进而提前采取针对性措施,将能有效减轻扰动对电网的冲击,提高电网安全水平。本文利用电网框架结构模型中转动惯量沿线路分布的特征,将机电波传播速度的空间非均匀性刻画为不同输电线路上波速。在此基础上,利用电网框架结构模型中机电波波速分段恒定的特点,构建了框架结构模型对应的无向赋权图和以各段线路中机电波传播时间为权值的邻接矩阵。进而提出基于Dijkstra算法的机电波最快传播路径搜索算法。另外,进一步分析了反射现象对采用功角门槛值进行机电波到达时间实测结果的影响。通过与PSD-BPA仿真结果对比,验证了所提算法的正确性。

【Abstract】 Electromechanical wave theory provides new approach for the analysis and control of disturbance, in which the arrival time of electromechanical wave is the vital information. In this paper, the spatial heterogeneity of propagation velocity of electromechanical wave is depicted by transmission lines. According to the constant velocity characteristic of segment in the structural frame model of power networks, the weighted undirected graph of structural frame model is formulated as well as the adjacent matrix which is based on the disturbance propagation time in segments. Then, the Dijkstra algorithm based shortest path searching method for the arrival time of electromechanical wave is proposed. Moreover, effect factors of the measured arrival time of electromechanical wave are analyzed. At last, the proposed prediction algorithm is verified by comparing with PSD-BPA simulations.
