基于SVPWM算法的两电平逆变器与三电平逆变器的功率比较

【摘要】 本文立足于分布式并网系统的发展现状,对目前普遍应用的两电平逆变器和三电平逆变器进行了分析比较。建立了逆变器并网控制系统数学模型,进行了控制系统给传递函数的推导,得到了系统控制框图。介绍了两电平与三电平逆变器的拓扑和脉冲触发策略,搭建了两电平和三电平逆变器的仿真模型,证明了三电平逆变器比两电平逆变器并网功率谐波含量少。最后系统实验样机的电流波形验证了三电平并网系统相对于两电平并网系统的优越性。
【Abstract】 Based on the development of distributed Grid system, the article compares and analyses the widely applied of two-level inverter and three-level inverter. The mathematical model of grid-connected inverter is established. The transfer function of control system is derived and the system control block diagram is obtained. Two-level and three-level inverter topology and pulse trigger strategies are introduced. The control block diagram are presented on the basis of inverter decoupling control principle. It proves that three-level inverter grid current total harmonic distortion is smaller than two-level inverter through two-level and three-level inverter simulation models. Eventually waveform comparison of the system experimental prototype proves that three-level grid system is superior to two-level grid system in the field of low-voltage.
