不同含水量紫花苜蓿种子卫星搭载后现蕾期保护酶活性的研究

【摘要】 利用"实践八号"育种卫星搭载水分含量分别为9%、11%、13%、15%、17%的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)"中苜一号"品种种子,以SP1第三年龄的植株为材料,通过保护酶(SOD、CAT和POD)活性及丙二醛含量的测定,研究卫星搭载对其保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:不同水分含量紫花苜蓿种子植株的保护酶活性和丙二醛含量存在差异,地面对照组种子含水量13%和15%植株叶片保护酶SOD和CAT的活性均显著低于种子含水量9%植株叶片的活性(P<0.05);种子含水量17%植株叶片MDA的含量显著高于种子含水量9%植株叶片的MDA的含量(P<0.05)。卫星搭载组,高水分含量可以提高空间诱变效率,搭载种子含水量13%-17%植株叶片的保护酶活性显著高于相应含水量地面贮藏植株叶片及含水量9%地面贮藏植株叶片酶活性显著的提高(P<0.05);搭载种子含水量15%和17%植株叶片MDA的含量比相应含水量地面贮藏植株叶片及含水量9%地面贮藏植株叶片MDA的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。以上结果说明,空间诱变有效的增强了SOD、CAT、POD的活性,减少了MDA的累积,降低了膜脂的氧化程度,增强了植株的抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect on protective enzyme activity by satellite flight,we used the seeds with different moisture contents(9%、 11%,13%、 15%、 17%) of Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhongmu No.1 were boarded on the Shijian-8 satellite and then the protective enzyme(SOD、CAT、 POD) activity and MDA content of in the age of plants in SP1 were measured.The results show that the seed with different moisture content make the protective enzyme activity and MDA content were different,the protective enzyme SOD and CAT it’s activity of the unboarded seeds with 13%and 15%moisture content were significantly lower than the seed with moisture content at 9%;MDA content of seeds with 11%significantly higher than the seed with moisture content at 9%.Higher seed moisture contents enhanced the space mutagenesis efficiency,the protective enzyme activity of boarded seeds with 13%-17%moisture content were higher than the control and the moisture content at 9%;MDA content of seeds with15%and 17%significantly lower than control and the moisture content ant 9%.The all these show that,the space flight enhanced the activity of SOD,CAT、POD,reduced MDA content,decreased level of lipid oxidation,the antioxidant capacity of plant was enhanced.
