正交试验法优化苔草黄酮提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 采用超声波辅助醇提法从苔草中提取总黄酮,以正交试验确定其最佳工艺条件。结果表明:影响苔草总黄酮提取量大小的因素顺序为:超声功率>乙醇浓度>料液比>提取时间,本试验条件下,苔草黄酮的最高提取量为18.9 mg/g,正交试验确定超声功率为162 W、超声时间25 min、料液比1:60、乙醇浓度70%为苔草黄酮的最佳提取工艺。
【Abstract】 The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from carex by uhrason-assisted technique,the orthogonal design was used to optimize the extracting condition.The results showed that the order of factors that had influence on the amount of total flavonoids was:ultrasound power>ethanol concentration>solid to liquid ratio>extraction time,under the condition of experiment,the highest extraction of Carex flavonoids was 18.9 mg/g,the optimum conditions of extraction flavonoids from carex were ultrasonic power for 162 W,extraction time of 25 min,material-liquid ratio1:60,and 70%ethanol concentration.
