能源潜力植物—割手密种质资源研究进展

【摘要】 割手密(Saccharum spontaneum)的研究对生物质能源植物的发展利用和栽培甘蔗的遗传改良具有重要意义。本文综述了割手密在形态学、细胞学、蛋白质和分子水平上的遗传多样性研究概况,并总结了割手密抗逆性、解剖学以及外育种研究进展。最后,针对目前研究存在的问题,展望了今后割手密种质资源的研究方向,为我国割手密种质资源研究发展提供参考。
【Abstract】 The study of Saccharum spontaneum is not only important to the development and utlization of biomass energy plants and also to the genetic improvement of sugarcane cultivated.Recent advances on genetic diversity of Saccharum spontaneum including morphology,cytogenetics,protein markers and molecular markers as well as its breeding,resistibility and anatomy were reviewed in this paper.Based on the current problems,the direction of the further research on germplasm resources of Saccharum spontaneum was prospected and providing references for further researches of Saccharum spontaneum germplasm resources.
