【摘要】 从青贮饲料中分离鉴定了39株乳酸菌,并研究了这些乳酸菌的特性。结果表明:分离菌株都是革兰氏阳性、过氧化氢酶阴性、兼性厌氧菌。根据所分离到的乳酸菌的形态学和生理生化特性,这些乳酸菌可被分为7组(A-G)。经表型分类鉴定,A组、B组为片球菌属(Pediococcus),C组、D组和E组为肠球菌属(Enterococcus)M,F组和G组属于乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)。更多还原

【Abstract】 39 strains of lactic acid bacteria(LAB) were isolated from alfalfa Silage and their characteristics were studied.The results showed that all the isolates were Gram-positive,catalase negative and facultatively anaerobic bacteria.These LAB isolates were divided into seven groups(A-G) according to their morphological and biochemical characters.The strains of group A and B belong to the cluster of genus Pediococcus.The group C、 D and E strains was identified as Enterococcus.The group F and G strains were placed in L actobacillus.更多还原
