TRL校准中直通件长度对测量误差影响的研究
Research on the effects of the length of Thru on measurement error in TRL calibration

【摘要】 本文主要研究了TRL校准中在引入误差情况下直通件长度对测量误差的影响。通过预先设定微带线夹具的参考S矩阵的幅值和相位,多次从同轴转微带连接处引入误差,并通过简化误差传递模型的方法对测量结果的相对误差进行了理论推导,利用Matlab仿真验证了理论分析结果的准确性。最后采用HFSS仿真,其结果与Matlab仿真结果吻合,提出了如何选择合适长度的直通件能把测量误差降低的方法。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the effects on measurement error in TRL calibration caused by the length of Thru in the case of introducing error. We preset the amplitude and phase of the reference S matrix S21 to the microstrip-fixture, introduce error to the coaxial- microstrip connector repeatedly, and derive the relative error of the measurement results theoretically by simplifying error propagation model. We use matlab simulation to verify the accuracy of the theoretical results Finally matlab simulation results and the HFSS simulation results are in good agreement, a method about how to select the appropriate length of Thru to reduce measurement error is proposed.
