基于石墨烯超材料的大角度电磁吸收特性研究

【摘要】 本文利用电磁仿真软件建立石墨烯超材料模型,分析其电磁吸收特性。首先分析了结构参数对石墨烯超材料吸收特性影响,其次分析了电场分布和表面电流分布,最后考虑了入射电磁波角度对吸收特性影响。结果表明改变结构几何参数可实现完美吸收特性,单元结构中圆环对吸收性能影响较大,同时,石墨烯圆柱可调谐吸收特性。研究表明:合理选择结构的几何参数可实现近红外波段大角度近似完美吸收。本设计在光电设备设计、红外隐身等方面有潜在的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a graphene metamaterial(GM) model is investigated by electromagnetic simulation method to analyze the electromagnetic absorption characteristics. We study the structure parameters of GM influence absorption and electric field and surface current distribution. We further analyze that the incident electromagnetic wave affecting absorption. The results show that changing the structure geometry can attain perfect absorption. The ring of unit structure can enhance absorption properties and the graphene cylinder can tune absorption. Our structure can achieve near-infrared wide-angle perfect absorption. The demonstrated phenomenon could be a valuable variety of important applications, including optoelectronic device design technology and near-infrared stealth.
