【摘要】 本文提出了太赫兹频段的喇叭天线的一种等效电路模型,并提出了相应的参数提取方法。文章先使用HFSS(高频结构仿真)软件对波导馈电喇叭天线进行了电磁仿真,使用仿真结果对等效电路模型进行参数提取。最后比较了HFSS中的天线与提取参数后的等效电路的仿真结果,证明这种太赫兹波导馈电喇叭天线的等效电路模型在0.96-1.08THz频段是有效且精确的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, an equivalent circuit model of Terahertz horn antenna with the method of parameter extraction is proposed. The horn antenna is first simulated in HFSS, while the results are used for parameter extraction of the model. The HFSS simulation of the antenna is compared with that of the equivalent circuit model, which indicates that the model is efficient and accurate.更多还原
