一种提取表面粗糙带状线基板介质参数的方法

【摘要】 本文基于带状线模型,提出了一种宽频带下提取基板介质参数的方法。首先引入电导率梯度模型和等效电导率的概念表征导体表面粗糙,然后计算表面粗糙导体带状线的传播常数,最后借助微分外推方法分离光滑导体下带状线的传播常数,从而提取带状线介质基板参数。本文方法基于等效电导率理论,在保证计算精度的同时,有效地节约了计算资源,适于在宽频带下提取带状线的介质参数。
【Abstract】 Taking the stripline model for example, a method of extracting dielectric parameters in a wide band is proposed. Firstly, the gradient model of electric conductivity and the concept of effective conductivity are introduced. Then, propagation constants of stripline with a rough conductor surface can be efficiently calculated. With the help of differential extrapolation method, a separation of transmission loss in smooth case from the total loss is achieved, and the dielectric parameters of stripline can be finally extracted. The method proposed is based on the effective conductivity theory, and computing resources can be saved effectively without decreasing accuracy, which makes it suitable for extracting dielectric parameters in wideband microwave problems.
