含集总元件的微带电路Laguerre-FDTD仿真

【摘要】 本文推导将电磁场和集总元件相结合的Laguerre-FDTD公式,利用等效电流源代替集总元件的贡献,将该等效电流源加入到Laguerre多项式表达的麦克斯韦方程中。此方法克服了柯西稳定性条件限制,同时避免了时间项引起的数值色散误差。计算了包含集总元件的微带电路,计算结果与CN-FDTD进行了比较,显示了方法的正确性,此外在计算时间上体现了优势。

【Abstract】 The implementation of the lumped-element combined with the electromagnetic field by the Laguerre finite-difference time-domain(Laguerre-FDTD) algorithm has been presented in this paper. The lumped element component placed between two nodes is characterized by an equivalent current source, which can be added to the Maxwell‘ equations. Due to that the time variable can be eliminated by this method, the stability condition is no longer affected by the Courant–Friedrich–Levy condition and the time step. A microstrip circuit loaded by the lumped element component is calculated by this method and CN-FDTD. Good agreement can be seen on results obtained by those two methods. It can be also find that the computational time consumption by this method is two times less than that of the CN-FDTD.
