【摘要】 本文通过时域有限差分法(FDTD)分析EBG(电磁带隙)结构的性能。首先用FDTD算法对传统六边形EBG结构进行了仿真计算,通过反射相位图得到其带隙特性,然后与HFSS中的仿真结果进行了比较。其次分别用FDTD算法和HFSS软件仿真两种方法得到传统四边形EBG结构的带隙特性,并对传统四边形EBG结构进行了加工和测试。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,Through the Finite Difference-Time Domain(FDTD) method to analyze electromagnetic band gap(EBG) structure performance.firstly with FDTD algorithm to the traditional hexagon EBG structure simulation and through the reflection phase diagram to get bang gap characteristics.The FDTD simulation results are compared with HFSS software simulation results,with FDTD algorithm and software HFSS simulation two methods get tradition quadrangles EBG structure of the bang gap characteristics,and to get the traditional quadrangle EBG structure processing and testing.更多还原
