THz频段反射面天线表面电阻引起的噪声温度和增益损失的计算

【摘要】 噪声温度和增益是天线的重要性能参数。本文利用金属导体面不同极化的反射系数,推导出了由于反射面天线表面电阻,引起天线噪声温度和增益损失的计算公式。在300GHz~10THz的太赫兹频率范围内,给出了由于反射面天线表面电阻引起天线噪声温度和增益损失的数值结果,研究了其变化的规律性。该结果对于THz频段反射面天线设计及性能分析具有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Noise temperature and gain are importance performance parameters of the antenna.In this paper,using reflection coefficients of different polarization electromagnetic wave in metal surface,calculation formulae of noise temperature and gain loss are derived due to reflector antenna surface resistivity.Numerical calculation results of noise temperature and gain loss are given due to reflector antenna surface resistivity at 300GHz~10THz terahertz frequency range.Variational rules of noise temperature and gain loss are analyzed and studied.Calculating results of noise temperature and gain loss have great benefit to the design and performance analysis of terahertz band reflector antennas.
