F类高PAE射频功率放大器的设计
Design of Class-F RF Power Amplifier with High PAE

【摘要】 本文在分析F类功率放大器理论和结构的基础上,设计了一个中心频率为2.5G Hz,带宽为100M Hz的F类功率放大器。为了提高增益,该放大器设计为前后两级。在ADS仿真中附加效率最大达到79.9%,增益不小于30.8dB,输出功率不小于39dBm.制版调试后附加效率最大达到54.6%,增益不小于28dB,输出功率不小于34.6dBm.文章最后分析了出现误差的原因。
【Abstract】 This article describes the basic theory and structure of the class-F power amplifier,and then a 2.5GHzclassF power amplifier is designed with the bandwidth of 100 M Hz.In order to improve the gain performance,two-stage architecture is applied in the amplifier design.In the layout simulation,the peak PAE is up to 79.9%,the gain is better than 30.8dB,and the output power is no less than 39 dBm.The circuit measurement indicates that the efficiency is up to 54.6%,the gain is higher than 28 dB,and the power output is better than 34.6dBm.Finally,the deviation between the simulation and measurement is analyzed.
