基于∏型网络和双线等效的小型化DBR滤波器的研究

【摘要】 本文利用J变换器的∏型等效网络以及谐振腔开路枝节的双线等效电路实现了Dual Behavior Resonator(DBR)滤波器的小型化。∏型等效网络由两侧加载电纳的高阻抗传输线构成,加载电纳可被相邻DBR谐振腔吸收,谐振腔开路枝节由并联双线等效,新结构同时具有更高的高端带外抑制与易于加工的优点。本文给出了相关的理论分析,设计并测试了一个3阶DBR滤波器,与传统DBR滤波器相比尺寸缩小72%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new design structure for compact Dual Behavior Resonator(DBR) filter using IlNetwork and dual-line equivalent circuits is proposed.The proposed ∏-Network is a replacement of the J-inverter in DBR filter,which consists of a high impedance transmission line and parallel susceptances loaded on both sides,where the parallel susceptances can be integrated into neighboring resonators.The dual-line structure is used to replace open-circuited stubs.The whole structures also have the advantages of better out-of-band rejection and easy fabrication.The relevant equations are given.A 3-order DBR filter is designed and measured,which present a high degree miniaturization 72%in comparison to the classical one.
