Ka频段宽带八路功率分配/合成网络设计
Design of Ka-band Broad Bandwidth Eight-way Power Splitting/Combining Network Based on Radial Waveguide

【摘要】 本丈设计了一种基于径向波导结构的Ka频段八路空间功率分配/合成网络。由于此结构的对称性使得功率分配以后各路信号具有很好的幅度和相位一致性,此外该结构具有好的散热和易于加工的特性。最终仿真与优化结果显示在32-40 GHz范围内输入端口回波大于20dB,每一路传输损耗小于0.1dB。各路幅度和相位不一致性分别小于0.1dB和0.2°。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we design a 8-way Ka-band millimeter-wave Splitting/Combining network based on radial waveguide.Because of the symmetry of radial waveguide,the eight output ports can show an excellent consistency in amplitude and in phase,moreover,the structure is good at heat dissipation and easy to fabrication.The final simulation and optimization results show that at the design frequency 32-40 GHz,the return loss of the input port is superior to 20 dB,and the insertion loss of each output is less than 0.2dB.The differences of amplitude and phase between the ports are within 0.1 dB and 0.2° respectively.
