具有多传输零点的微带双通带滤波器设计

【摘要】 本文提出了一种具有多传输零点的微带双通带滤波器结构。该结构由具有源/负载交叉耦合的输入/输出结构和分别谐振在2.4 GHz与5.8 GHz的短路阶梯阻抗耦合谐振器和开路均匀阻抗耦合谐振器构成,在不同信号传输路径的共同作用下引入多个传输零点使所设计的滤波器通带选择性和通带隔离度均得到加强。本文详细给出了信号传输特性分析,讨论了传输零点的产生原因。最终得到的滤波器具有结构紧凑、带内外频率响应表现良好等优点。实验测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,有效验证了该双通带滤波器的设计方案。

【Abstract】 A microstrip dual-band bandpass filter(BPF) is proposed in this paper.This filter is composed of the I/O coupling structure with source-load cross coupling and the short-ended stepped-impedance coupled resonators and open-ended uniform-impedance coupled resonators,which resonate at 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz,respectively.Due to the cooperation of different signal transmission paths,multiple transmission zeros can be introduced,thus both selectivity of the two passbands and isolation between the two passbands of the designed filter are enhanced.Explicit analysis of the signal transmission performance is given in this paper.The causation of the transmission zeros is discussed.The final filter shows the advantages of compact size and good in/out-band frequency response performance.The measured results agree well with the simulations,which verifies the proposed design concept of the dual-band BPF effectively.
