【摘要】 目的对上海市嘉定区4所医院住院患者中药注射剂使用现况进行基线调查,为完善管理提供依据。方法在2013年使用中药注射剂的住院病例中,采用系统抽样法,每所医院抽取100份病例,进行回顾性研究。结果活血祛瘀类中药注射剂品种和使用金额均最多;22%的住院患者同时使用2种或以上中药注射剂;54.55%的中药注射剂存在超剂量使用;未辨证用药、超适应症用药和溶媒不正确是主要的不合理用药类型;同种功效联用占中药注射剂联合使用的比例为20.45%。结论中药注射剂的临床使用问题不容忽视,应加强中药注射剂安全性和有效性的评价和研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To describe the situation of injections of Traditional Chinese Medicine use in inpatients within four hospitals of Jiading District of Shanghai,and provide basis for improving the management of rational drug use.Methods One hundred cases were collected by systematic sampling in each hospital separately,from all the inpatient cases who used injections of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013,and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results The varieties and amount of TCM injections for blood-activating and stasis-resolving were both the most in TCM injections.The proportion of hospitalized patients who used two or more TCM injections at the same time reached 22%.Ultra dose using of TCM injections proportion reached54.55%.The unreasonable drug use type mainly included medication unbased on symptom differentiation,super indications drugs and solvent error.Same effect combinations accounted for20.45% of the combined use TCM injections.Conclusion The clinical rational use of TCM injections cannot be ignored.The study and evaluation on efficacy and safety of TCM injectionsshould be emphasized.更多还原
