【摘要】 目的:评价武汉地区医院胰岛素利用状况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对武汉地区34家医院2011-2013年胰岛素的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDDc)等进行统计、分析。结果:3年来,武汉地区胰岛素的销售金额呈逐年快速增长趋势,品种数、DDDc及排名均保持相对稳定。DDDs排在前3位的分别为胰岛素/精蛋白锌胰岛素、门冬胰岛素/精蛋白锌门冬胰岛素以及胰岛素,其DDDs之和占总DDDs的比例均超过64.62%;DDDs增幅最高的为地特胰岛素,其年均增幅高达94.98%,其次是赖脯胰岛素为83.11%和赖脯胰岛素/精蛋白锌赖脯胰岛素为81.28%;地特胰岛素的DDDc最高,精蛋白锌胰岛素的DDDc则最低;胰岛素类似物的市场占有率快速上升,有赶超人胰岛素之势;使用的胰岛素以国外或合资企业生产的为主,其市场占有率超过九成。结论:胰岛素的市场将进一步扩大;开发非注射用胰岛素可能是未来发展的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the situation and developing trend of the utilization of insulin in hospitals of Wuhan area for clinical reference of rational use of drug.METHODS:The utilization of insulin in 34 hospitals in Wuhan Area during the years of 2011-2013 is analyzed statistically in respect of varieties,consumption sum,DDDs,DDDc,etc.RESULTS:During the years of 2011-2013,the consumption sum of insulin increased quickly year by year.The varieties,DDDc and the ranking leveled off.The top three DDDs were insulin /protamine zinc insulin,insulin aspart/protamine zinc insulin aspart and insulin.Their summation of DDDs occupied 64.62% of the total DDDs.The largest increase of DDDs was Insulin detemir and the annual increase was 94.98%.The second one was insulin lispro and the annual increase was 83.11%.The third one was insulin lispro/protamine zinc insulin lispro and the annual increase was 83.11%.The highest DDDc was Insulin detemir,and the lowest one was Protamine Zinc Insulin.The market occupancy of insulin analogue increased quickly,and was likely to catch up with insulin human.Foreign companies and joint venture enterprises always occupied the top position of insulin market,with the market share of more than ninety percent.CONCLUSION:The market of insulin will expand.Development of non-injection insulin may be the direction of future development.更多还原
