【摘要】 目的:探讨注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶对上消化道出血患者凝血指标的影响。方法:观察上消化道出血患者使用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶的凝血指标,比较用药前后患者纤维蛋白原、部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、血小板数目等的变化情况。结果:用药前后,患者凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶时间、血小板数目差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶治疗上消化道出血患者具有一定的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of haemocoagulase agkistrodon on the blood coagulation indexes in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:The blood coagulation indexes of haemocoagulase agkistrodon on upper digestive hemorrhage was investigated,and the fibrinogen,thrombin time,partial thromboplasin time,prothrombin time,platelet were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compare to before treatment,the prothrombin time and partial thromboplasin time and the number of platelet was different after treatment,and the result had statistical significance.Conclusion:The treatment of haemocoagulase agkistrodon has a role for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.更多还原
