【摘要】 目的探讨需氧和厌氧培养方式的选择对不同种属细菌检出率、检测时间的影响及常规使用的临床价值。方法使用mini VITAL或BacT/ALERT 3D血培养仪及VITEK32自动细菌鉴定仪对我院1999年1月至2009年12月38839例次血(体)液临床标本需氧和厌氧配对培养的检测结果作回顾性分析。结果 38839例标本,培养阳性7241例(18.64%),共分离到各种临床细菌共56属171种7327株。7327株临床分离菌在需氧和厌氧培养瓶中的阳性检出率差异有非常显著性(x~2=7.14,P<0.01),非发酵菌、微球菌属、真菌、厌氧菌阳性检出率差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),葡萄球菌属、棒状杆菌属阳性检出率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。沙门菌属和棒状杆菌属细菌在需氧和厌氧培养两种瓶子的阳性检测速度差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论采用需氧和厌氧瓶配对培养既解决了培养结果的早期快速问题,又可提高阳性检出率,是一种理想的组合,在临床上有良好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the clinical value on the routine use and the effect on the recovery time and the recovery rate of different specific bacterial by selective use of aerobic and anaerobic culture approaches.METHODS Retrospective analysis of bacteria isolated from 38839 cases bottles of clinical examples of blood and body fluid of recovery result of aerobic and anaerobic culture of antithetical couples from Jan.1999 to oct.2009 in Yuxi city People’ s Hospital of Yuxi city by Mini VITAL Blood Culture Automaton System and VITEK32 Automicrobic System.RESULTS A total of the kind of 171 of7327 strains of 56 isolates were recovered from 38839 blood samples and the result of7241 is positive(18.64%).The positive recovery rate of aerobic and anaerobic culture bottles of clinical separation aerobic of 7327 have significant difference(x~2=7.14,P<0.01),and the positive recovery rate of Non fermentation bacteria、Micro coccus、fungi and Anaerobic bacteria have significant difference(P<0.01),and the positive recovery rate of staphylococcus and corynebacteria are significant(P<0.05).The positive recovery speed of Salmonella bacteria and Corynebacteria bacteria isolates from aerobic and anaerobic culture bottles have significant difference(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The application both of aerobic and anaerobic culture were a reasonable suites.,it is a kind of ideal combination,and it is good application value in clinic.更多还原
