【摘要】 目的通过开展无烟医院建设,了解珠海市医疗卫生机构工作人员控制烟害知识、态度和行为,评价无烟医院建设的干预效果。方法在全面开展无烟医院建设前及一年后,采用随机抽样方法,在珠海市抽取市级医院1间,香洲、斗门和金湾3个行政区内分别抽取3间区级医院、3间私立医院、6间镇级医院(或社区卫生服务中心)的在职工作人员进行干预前后烟草流行情况调查,了解医疗机构工作人员控烟知识态度行为变化。结果在全面开展无烟医院建设前后,珠海市医疗机构的无烟环境得到改善,单位禁烟规定的制定及执行都较前有显著性差异(X~2=67.29和110.66,P均<0,05);工作人员对吸烟及被动吸烟与疾病关系的正确认知有不同程度的提高(t=-8.40和-5.28,P均<0.05);工作人员的吸烟率和上班时间吸烟比例比干预前降低,前后有统计学差异(X~2=5.64和9.32,P均<0.05)结论珠海全面开展无烟医院建设一年后,医疗卫生机构的控烟工作取得了一定成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the smoke-free hospital building,to understand the knowledge,attitudes and behavior of control harmful effects of tobacco in health agency staff in Zhuhai City,and evaluate the intervention effect of the smoke-free hospital building.Methods Carry out a comprehensive smoke-free hospital building and a year later,By applying random sample method,1 city level in Zhuhai,3 section level and 3 private level,6 town level medical institutions in Xiangzhou,Doumen and Jinwan areas of Zhuhai.using the questionnaire research of medical institutions serving staff before and after intervention,understanding the changes in tobacco control knowledge,attitude and behavior of staff of the medical institutions.Results Around carrying out a comprehensive smoke-free hospital building time,the smoke-free environment of medical institutions in Zhuhai City have been improved,and unit of the formulation and implementation of the smoking ban are compared with the previous significant difference(X~2=67.29,110.66,P <0,05);workstaff on the correct understanding of relationship of smoking with passive smoking and disease have improved to varying degrees(t=-8.40,-5.28,P<0.05);Differences were statistically significant in staff smoking rates and smoking cessation intentions before and after the intervention(X~2= 5.64,9.32,P>0.05).Conclusion After carrying out a comprehensive smoke-free hospital construction for a year,certain achievements have been made in the medical and health institutions tobacco control.But it still has a long way to go to achieve its goal,the tobacco control efforts need both education and law enforcement,and consistently carried out.更多还原
