创建无烟校园活动对学校教师控烟知识和行为的影响

【摘要】 目的评价创建无烟学校干预活动对30所学校教师在控烟知识和行为能力方面的影响。方法在开展创建无烟校园活动干预前后,采用两次独立横断面问卷调查评价北京、郑州、开封三个城市包括小学、初中、高中、职高和大学在内的30所学校的教师在控烟相关知识、吸烟行为、参与控烟活动方面的影响。结果基线和终末共完成调查1928份问卷。从吸烟状况来看,通过干预活动教师的现在吸烟比例从10.89%下降到4.98%,差异有统计学意义;教师在干预前后对包括冠心病、男性性功能障碍、骨质疏松、脉管炎在内的非肺部疾病与吸烟的关系认知有了显著性变化。从戒烟行动上看,由于学校规定表示需要戒烟的比例(80.43%)较干预前(49.06%)增高有统计学意义(p<0.01);中小学教师中劝阻同事吸烟的比例较干预前大幅上升(p<0.01),而大学教师参与控烟行动在干预前后无统计学意义的变化(p=0.176)。结论创建无烟校园活动对教师人群在吸烟相关知识、参与控烟行为能力等方面有显著影响。在学校开展此类活动具有可行性和有效性,但对大学教师的干预宜考虑采取其它形式的宣传教育活动来提高干预效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the impact of school anti-smoking intervention on smoking knowledge and behavior of teachers in 30 schools.Methods According to uniform intervention strategy primary school,junior high school,senior middle school,vocational school and university in three cities including Beijing,Zhengzhou and Kaifeng created 100%smoking-free environment.Data including knowledge about smoking harm,behavior towards tobacco use and act involving tobacco control of teachers were collected by questionnaire survey respectively in pre- and post-intervention.Results There were 1928 questionnaires in two surveys.Compared with pre-intervention,the current smoking rate decreased significantly from 10.89%to 4.98%;most teachers had improved knowledge about relationship between smoking and coronary heart disease,male sexual dysfunction,osteoporosis and vasculitis significantly after intervention.A statistically significant increase in quitting smoking percents was demonstrated in the teachers from 49.06%to 80.43%(p<0.01).The percents of primary and middle school teachers who discouraged colleagues from smoking significantly increased(p<0.01),while there was non-significant change in university teachers(p=0.176).Conclusion The school anti-smoking intervention can largely influence smoking-related knowledge and tobacco control capacity in teachers.It is feasible and effective to carry out such activities.However,other more efficient forms of school anti-smoking education should be considered in university teachers.
