【Abstract】 The principle of freedom of fishing on the high seas is an integral part of the doctrine of "freedom of the high seas",whose contents and rules change with the development and progress of international relations,science and technology.By elaborating on the establishment and evolution of the principle of "freedom of fishing on the high seas",this essay focuses on describing the impact of the Straddling Fish Stocks Agreement on the said principle and its fisheries management regime.The essay also looks at the future trends of development of the marine fisheries management regime.更多还原
