TiNi-X(Cu、Cr、Fe)合金组织、性能及相变行为的研究

【摘要】 室温下Ti50Ni45Cu5基体为马氏体,Ti45Ni55Cr0.3基体为奥氏体与马氏体(R相),Ti45Ni52Fe3为奥氏体。通过内耗.温度谱测试得出:三种合金固溶态的升温相变内耗峰峰温分别为,74.5℃、26.49℃、-5.35℃,降温相变内耗峰峰温分别为,45.0℃、-7.85℃、-36.22℃。25%冷变形+400℃/1h退火Ti50Ni45Cu5合金室温组织含有大量位错及孪晶马氏体,具有良好的塑性,升\降温过程发生中B2→M相变。375℃/1h时效Ti45Ni55Cr0.3合金析出Cr3Ni2粒子,强化了其力学性能,升温过程发生B2→M相变,降温过程中发生B2→R→M相变。25%冷变形+400℃/1h退火Ti45Ni52Fe3合金析出Ti3Ni4相,升温过程发生B2→M相变,降温过程中发生B2→R→M相变。

【Abstract】 The microstructure,properties and phase transformation behaviors of Ti-Ni-X(Cu,Cr,Fe) alloys were investigated in this paper.It can be found that at room temperature the matrix of Ti50Ni45Cu5 was austenite and Ti45Ni55Cr0.3’s matrix was a mixture of austensite and martensite(R phase),while the matrix of Ti45Ni52Fe3 is pure austensite.Through Tanδ and storage modulus vs.the temperature curves,it can be found that the peak temperatures of the three alloys were 45.0 ℃,-7.85 ℃,-36.22 ℃.25%Cold-rolled +400℃/1h annealed Ti50Ni45Cu5 contained dislocations and twin matensite,which accounted for its better plasticity.B2→M phase transformation took place upon heating\cooling.Ti45Ni55Cr0.3 aged at 375℃/1h had a matrix dotted with Cr3Ni2 precipitates,which greatly enhanced its mechanical properties.B2→M phase transformation took place upon heating,while B2→R→M phase transformation took place upon cooling.Ti3Ni4 precipitated in 25%cold-rolled +400℃/1h annealed Ti45Ni52Fe3 and led to a B2→R→M transformation upon cooling.
