圈养林麝肺炎及化脓性疾病病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏分析

【摘要】 本研究采用常规鉴定和16S r RNA PCR方法从94份患肺炎及化脓性疾病的圈养林麝肺部病料中分离鉴定出30株肺源大肠杆菌、5株肠道沙门氏菌、8株奇异变形杆菌、1株霍氏肠杆菌和1株摩氏摩根氏菌;小白鼠感染试验表明分离菌株均具有致病性;选用20种常用抗生素分别进行药敏试验,结果表明:30株肺源致病性大肠杆菌耐药范围较广,其中耐药程度最高的是阿莫西林、四环素、磺胺异恶唑、氨苄青霉素、阿莫西林/棒酸,耐药率高于93%;其次是复方新诺明、链霉素,耐药率高于80%;另外氨苄青/舒巴坦、萘啶酸、丙氟哌酸、庆大霉素的耐药率高于50%。5株肠道沙门氏菌、8株奇异变形杆菌、1株霍氏肠杆菌和1株摩氏摩根氏菌对氨苄青霉素类、阿莫西林/棒酸和四环素的耐药性最高,对先锋必素,菌必治、丁胺卡那霉素、单环菌素和美罗培南高度敏感;但对其他抗生素的耐药表型不一,耐药性的测定为圈养林麝临床治疗中合理选择药物提供了科学依据。在林麝肺炎及化脓性疾病病原菌研究中,本实验分离的奇异变形杆菌、霍氏肠杆菌和摩氏摩根氏菌为首次报道。

【Abstract】 30 lung pathogenic Escherichia coli strains, 5 Salmonella enterica strains, 8 Proteus mirabilis strains, 1 Enterobacter hormaechei strain, and 1 Morganella morganii strain were isolated and identified from 94 forest musk deer samples via traditional and 16 S r RNA PCR methods. All of the isolates could cause mice pathogenicity. Moreover 20 common antibiotics were chosen to do drug sensitive test respectively. The results showed that 30 lung pathogenic Escherichia coli isolates had different antibiotic resistance. The highest resistance rate of 5 drugs was over 93%, which were amoxicillin, tetracycline, sulfafurazol, ampicillin, and amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium. Antibiotic resistance to paediatric compound sulfamethoxazole tablets and streptomycin was up to 80%. Antibiotic resistance to ampicillin/sulbactam, inlidixicacid, ciprofloxacin and gentamicin was up to 50%. 5 Salmonella enterica strains, 8 Proteus mirabilis strains, 1 Enterobacter hormaechei strain, and 1 Morganella morganii strain were highest resistant to ampicillin, amoxicillin / clavulanic acid and tetracycline, and highest sensitive to cefoperazone, ceftriaxone, amikacin, aztreonam and meropenem. The results of drug sensitive test provided scientific foundation for selecting drugs reasonably in the clinical treatment. To our knowledge, it is the first time to report that Proteus vulgaris, Enterobacter hormaechei and Morganella morganii were isolated from musk deer lung samples.
