强吸附型纳米银溶液的研制及在抗菌医用敷料中的应用

【摘要】 以烷基化环糊精水溶液和硝酸银为原料,一步法制备了一种新型强吸附型纳米银溶液;采用透射电镜(TEM)表征纳米银溶液的形成,纳米银的粒径在5-10nm左右;以金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)和大肠杆菌(E.coli)为例,测试纳米银溶液的抗菌能力,结果表明5ug/ml的纳米银含量即具有优异的抗菌性能,抗菌率达到99%以上;将纳米银溶液应用于烧烫伤抗菌网状纱布、烧烫伤抗菌水刺无纺布及海藻酸钙纤维止血垫等抗菌医用敷料,SGS的检测结果表明,均获得了满意的抗菌效果,体现了优异的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Using alkylated cyclodextrin aqueous solution and silver nitrate as raw materials,a new type of nano-silver solution with strong adsorption was prepared by one-step method;the formation of nano-silver solution was characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the result showed that the particle size of nano-silver was about 5-10nm;antibacterial testing of nano-silver solution on Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) and Escherichia coli(E.coli) indicated that 5ug/ml nano-silver had excellent antibacterial properties,of which anti-bacterial rate was more than 99%.And then nano-silver solution was applied to antibacterial burns mesh gauze,antibacterial burns spunlace non-woven,calcium alginate fiber hemostatic pads and other antibacterial medical dressings,and SGS test results proved satisfied antibacterial effect,which indicated excellent application prospects.
