【摘要】 从不同来源的海洋样品中共分离得到72株海洋细菌,采用管碟法对分离菌株进行抑菌活性测试,筛选出12株菌能产生抑菌活性物质,其中芽孢杆菌7株,革兰氏阴性杆菌5株,占总分离菌数的16.4%。抑菌活性以抗革兰氏阳性菌为主,对测试菌的抑菌活性大小为:革兰氏阳性菌>革兰氏阴性菌>丝状真菌,海洋芽孢细菌的抑菌作用强于海洋革兰氏阴性菌。不同来源样品分离出产抑菌活性物质细菌的概率有很大差别:红树林源样品>非红树林源样品;红树树皮>海洋生物样>海洋底质。同时通过对贴片法和管磲法抑菌实验结果比较,发现贴片法会出现样品漏筛、抑菌测试灵敏度低,因此,初筛应优先考虑使用管碟法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 72 strains of marine bactena were isolated from near-shore marine samples collected at Guangdong harbor and Zhuhai mangrove.These strains were screened for antimicrobial strains using cylinder-plate method.The result shows that 12 strains of marine bacteria(about 16.4%of the total strains isolated) have antimicrobial activity.Among them,7strains of spore-producing bacteria and 5 strains of gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria have antimicrobial activity.The proportions of antimicrobial active strains are closely correlated with sample collections.The isolation rate of antimicrobial active strains from different samples is:mangrove samples>organism samples>sediment samples.The antimicrobial activity of spore-producing bacteria is stronger than that of gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria.The effect of antimicrobial activity of them on gram-positive bacteria is the stronger than gram-negative bacteria.The effect of antimicrobial activity of them on filamentous fungi is the weakest The potency of cylinder-plate method is better than the paper discus method when screening for antimicrobial strains.更多还原
