陶瓷管对微波液相放电电极匹配的影响研究

【摘要】 陶瓷管绝缘材料是微波液相放电电极中难以被其他物质所替代的重要组成材料,因此陶瓷管对微波液相放电电极匹配的影响研究具有显著意义。本文在内外电极尺寸固定的前提下,陶瓷管自身长度、陶瓷管和内电极的相对位置以及液体的相对介电常数为变量,考察了驻波比(SWR)随变量的变化情况。结果显示:内电极越高于陶瓷管,SWR越低;随着陶瓷管长度的增加,SWR出现先增大后减小的现象。
【Abstract】 Ceramic tube,which the electrode of microwave discharge in liquid is made up of,can not be replaced by any other materials,so the research of the effect of ceramic tube on the matching of electrode has important significance for microwave discharge in liquid.In the paper,the inner and outer electrodes have fixed size,and the variation of the standing wave ratio(SWR) with the length of ceramic tube,relative height of inner electrode in ceramic tube and the relative dielectric constant of liquid is studied.At the same time,the intensity of electric field is simulated at different conditions using HFSS.The results show that the more the top of the inner electrode higher than that of ceramic tube,the lower the SWR.The SWR increases initially and then decreases as the length of ceramic tube increases.
