针弧面式高压放电电流特性实验研究
Experimental Study on Current Characteristics about Needle-cambered High-voltage Discharge

【摘要】 为了提高高压静电分选效率,寻求能产生最佳电场的放电针密度,通过改变电晕电压与放电针密度,研究滚筒表面电流分布规律。采用自制的针弧面式高压放电装置,放电针与弧面的距离为d=47mm,制作了五种不同密度的放电针,使其对四分之一的圆筒弧面进行放电实验。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着放电针密度的增加弧面上总电荷量增加,针密度达到一定值后,随着针密度的增加圆筒表面电荷量又开始减小,26针时电荷密度为最大;针弧面式放电空间中,放电针垂直于弧面处的电流最大并向两侧递减且呈高斯分布,电场有效区间是以针垂直于弧面位置为对称轴左右各23°的区域;利用电场理论和Matlab对电场的模拟解释了针密度对圆筒表面电流分布的影响。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency of high-voltage electrostatic separation and seek discharge needle density that can produce the best electric. The distribution of current on drum is investigated at different density of discharge needle and the corona voltage. The experimental device of high-voltage discharge was made. The distance between the tip of discharge needle and the surface of the drum was 47 mm and five different densities of the needle were used in the experiment. These needles discharged to a quarter of the drum surface. The results showed that, within a certain range, the total quantity of electric charge on the drum surface increases with the increase of needle density. However, when needle density reaches a certain value, the total quantity of electric charge reduces with the increase of needle density. The largest charge density can be obtained when the number of needles was 26. The simulation of current data showed the current curve was Gaussian distribution, and current was the largest as the needle perpendicular to the surface. The available range for electrostatic separation was the area that the position of the needle perpendicular to surface was axis of symmetry around the 23°. The effect of the current density on current distribution of the drum surface was explained by electric field theory and simulation of the electric field.
