我国西南边疆山区州市级耕地压力分级及空间分析——以云南省为例

【摘要】 长期以来耕地压力因与粮食安全联系密切而备受关注。云南省山区自然条件差,耕地总体质量不高,因此,本文在开展各级土地利用总体规划调整完善的背景下,拟以耕地压力问题日益突出的西南边疆山区省份——云南省为例,选择州(市)级为尺度,测算全省16个州(市)耕地压力指数并进行分级,进而分析耕地压力的空间分布规律以及与其他指标的空间关联性,揭示各州(市)耕地的紧张程度,为合理地确定全省及各州(市)耕地保有量等目标和制定耕地保护策略提供基础依据。研究表明:全省16个州(市)中,只有德宏州属"无压力"级;曲靖市和保山市属"警戒压力"级,玉溪市和昭通市耕地压力达"中压力"级,而昆明市和怒江州耕地压力达到了"高压力"级,其余9个州(市)的耕地压力等级均为"低压力"级。全省莫兰值—0.139246,说明其在空间上呈负相关而非完全随机分布,但各区域的空间相关程度并不高。耕地压力与人均GDP和人口城镇化率的空间关联指数分别为0.184902和0.111213,说明耕地压力的大小在一定程度上受经济发展和城镇化的影响。

【Abstract】 For a long time, cultivated land pressure have attracted much attention because of close links to the food security. Natural condition of mountainous area in Yunnan province is poor and overall quality of arable land is not high. So this paper takes Yunnan province as an example, cultivated land pressure problem of which is increasingly prominent southwest frontier mountainous province of China, not only calculates and classifies the cultivated land pressure index of 16 cities in Yunnan province at city level, but also analyzes the spatial distribution regularity of the cultivated land and the space correlation with other indicators, under the background of land use planning adjustment at all levels and in accordance with data requirements of the general plan for land use adjustment work program,to reveal the tension of the cultivated land and provide basic evidence for reasonably determining target of the least cultivated areas and making cultivated land protection strategies. Studies have shown that Dehong is the only city cultivated land pressure of which is not obvious, Qujing and Baoshan are on the alert condition, the pressure of Zhaotong and Yuxi is lager to Ⅳ, Kunming and Nujiang are the largest cities in pressure,the rest of cities in Yunnan is Ⅲ. Moran’s I of Yunnan is —0.139246, It is showed that cultivated land pressure of Yunnan is negatively correlated in space, that is spatial heterogeneity and spatial separation. Space correlation index of cultivated land pressure with the rate of per capita GDP and population urbanization are 0.184902 and 0.111213 respectively, this indicates the level of the cultivated land pressure is affected by economic development and urbanization to a certain extent.
