城市绿色天际线用地景观生态评价研究

【摘要】 基于景观生态分析的用地管制是实现绿色天际线环境功能的基本途经。本文综合运用Fragstats、Fractalyse、Argis等空间分析与统计的技术工具,从景观生态格局、用地生态适宜性、天际线分形三方面开展用地景观生态评价研究。定量南安市景观生态格局特征及其变动趋势:景观生态类型丰富,滨江区域为核心景观;山地及植被景观面积下降,中心斑块减弱,景观总体趋于破碎,香农多样性指数下降为1.11,多样性轻微弱化,天际线线形空间秩序的强化受到制约。评估天际线用地建设的景观生态适宜性:适宜用地与基本不适宜用地共612.48公顷,占格网总面积的49.98%,滨江景观生态敏感区域较大,适宜用地和较适宜用地合计612.60公顷,占可用地总面积的50.02%,滨江区域仍有充足用地作为天际线建设用地。定量天际线分形特征:山脊线分形维数南、北岸分别是1.095、1.098,山体天际线线形的连续性好,垂直变化和缓。建构筑物天际线分形维数南岸平均为1.116、北岸为1.114,建构筑物天际线垂直变化小,分形维数与同类城市相比明显偏小,天际线景观作用难以体现。

【Abstract】 Landscape ecological analysis of the land use regulation is based on the basic path of realization of green skyline environment function. By use the technical tools of Fragstats, Fractalyse, Argis etc, this paper comprehensive use of space, by study of landscape ecological evaluation carried out from the landscape ecological pattern, land ecological suitability, skyline fractal. Trend of city landscape ecological pattern characteristics and changes of landscape ecological types of quantitative: rich, Binjiang area as the core landscape, mountain landscape and vegetation area decreased, the center patch weakened, landscape tended to break, Shannon’s diversity index decreased to 1.11, the diversity of the light faint, skyline linear space order strengthening restricted. The landscape construction of ecological suitability assessment for skyline: suitable for use with basic unsuitable land 612.48 hectares, accounting for 49.98% of the total area of the grid, Binjiang landscape ecological sensitive area is large,suitable for use and suitable land total 612.60 hectares, accounting for the total area available to 50.02%, Binjiang region still has adequate land as the skyline of construction land. Quantitative skyline fractal features: the ridge line south, the north shore of the fractal dimension is respectively 1.095, 1.098, mountain skyline linear continuity, and vertical change. Building the skyline of fractal dimension for an average of 1.116, South to the north shore of the1.114 construction of buildings, the vertical change of skyline is small, the fractal dimension and the similar city compared to smaller, it is difficult to embody the skyline of action.
