一种基于改进滑模控制器的步进电机控制系统
A kind of stepping motor control system based on improved sliding mode controller

【摘要】 步进电机成为日前不可或缺的重要电机组件,在许多领域得到了广泛的应用,其具有控制精度高,控制形式较为简单,易于实现数字化控制等特点。其控制器通常采用经典PID控制器、模糊PID控制器、滑模变结构控制器,其缺点在于采用如上控制器造成系统的响应时间长,超调较大,稳态误差相对较大。为了改善系统的动态性能,设计一种基于改进滑模控制器的三相混合式步进电机控制系统,并通过仿真结果得出结论,与传统步进电机控制器相比,系统的快速性和稳定性得到提高,仿真的结果同时验证了设计具有可行性。
【Abstract】 Three-phase hybrid stepping motor become a indispensable important component, has been widely used in many fields, it has high control accuracy, control form is simple, easy to realize digital control characteristics such as its controller usually uses the classical PID controller of fuzzy PID controller sliding mode variable structure controller, its drawback is that the above controller system response time is long, large overshoot, steady-state error is relatively large. In order to improve the dynamic performance of system, this paper designed a sliding mode controller based on improved three-phase hybrid stepping motor control system, and through the simulation results concluded that compared with the traditional stepping motor controller, the rapidity and stability of the system was improved, the simulation results verify the feasibility design is at the same time.
