【摘要】 伴随着现代生物技术的不断发展,中药由传统鉴定的方法即以四大鉴定(来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定)发展至目前已涉及到分子水平或是基因水平的DNA分子遗传标记技术。与此同时,在不断发展引进新技术、新方法的同时,切不可废弃传统经验技术。本文对中药鉴定传统技术及新技术的内容和应用做了简要综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of modern biotechnology, medicine that is identified by the traditional method to identify the four(source identification, character identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification) has been developed to relate to the molecular level of DNA, or genetic level molecular genetic markers. At the same time, the introduction of new technologies in the development of new methods, while traditional experience technology must not be abandoned. In this paper, the traditional Chinese medicine identification technology and content and application of new technologies are briefly reviewed.更多还原
