【摘要】 目的:对康定独活药材的性状、显微鉴别、化学成分方面进行系统性生药学研究,为其鉴别及开发提供科学依据。方法:采用形态分类学、显微鉴定技术对康定独活药材性状和显微鉴别进行描述,利用化学方法和紫外-可见分光光度法对其化学成分的种类及总香豆素含量进行研究。结果:描述了康定独活药材的性状及显微特征,鉴别出其中含有挥发油,香豆素类,有机酸,多糖,可能含有酚类和鞣质,皂苷;并测定其总香豆素含量为1.53%。结论:所得结果可为康定独活的生药鉴别和药材开发提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide the scientific basis for the identification and development by systematic pharmacognosy research on morphological and microscopic identification, chemical composition of Heraclei Souliei Radix.Method:Described morphological and microscopic identification of Heraclei Souliei Radix by morphological taxonomy, microscopic identification technology.The use of chemical and UV- VIS to study its types and chemical composition of the total coumarin content.Results:Described the morphological and microscopic characteristics of Heraclei Souliei Radix.Identified which contain volatile oil, coumarin, organic acids, polysaccharides, may contain phenols and tannins, saponins; and determine its total coumarin content of 1.53%.Conclusion:The results can provide a scientific basis for the identification for Heraclei Souliei Radix.更多还原
