【摘要】 目的:鉴别野菊花药材的真伪。方法:对采集到的药材进行基原鉴别、性状鉴别和显微鉴别。结果:野菊花药材的正品与伪品在原植物形态、性状、显微等方面存在差异,其中叶片分裂、叶背面颜色、舌状花长度、花粉粒直径、花粉囊内壁细胞直径可作为野菊正品与伪品的鉴别点。结论:通过以上的鉴别方法,可以有效地对中药野菊花进行鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To make an authentication of Chrysanthemi Indici Flos and its adulterants. Methods: Original identification, character identification and microscopic identification were exploited. Results: Chrysanthemi Indici Flos and its adulterants are different from original plant morphology, properties, microstructure, the leaves split, leaf surface color, the length of ray florets, pollen diameter, the inner wall of the pollen sac cell diameter could be considered as identification points. Conclusions: Through the above methods, Chrysanthemi Indici Flos could be identified effectively from its adulterants.更多还原
