川芎饮片临界相对湿度的测定

【摘要】 目的:测定川芎饮片的临界相对湿度,为筛选川芎饮片适宜的贮藏环境提供参考。方法:在干燥器内放置不同种类的过饱和盐溶液,制成恒湿环境,将一定量川芎样品分别置于不同湿度环境中,在不同时间测定吸收的水分,绘制平衡吸湿曲线图,测定川芎饮片的临界相对湿度。结果:川芎饮片的临界相对湿度约为60%。结论:川芎饮片贮藏环境的相对湿度应控制在约60%以下或密封包装贮藏。
【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the critical relative humidity(CRH) of the slices of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. Methods: Placed different kinds of supersaturated salt solution in the dryers to make constant humidity environment. Put some of the slices of Chuanxiong Rhizoma in the different humidity environment, measured at different time, drawed of moisture absorption equilibrium curve which served as an index for the CRH of the slices of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. Results: The CRH of the slices of Chuanxiong Rhizoma was 60%. Conclusion: The humidity environment for storage the slices of Chuanxiong Rhizoma was sealed package or the critical relative humidity set below about 60%.
