不同水动力条件影响下污染物多介质转化机制与生态效应

【摘要】 为了解重金属在河湖不同水动力条件下的多介质转化机制与生态效应以及水生植物净污效果与水流影响的耦合效应,本研究利用室内水槽试验和野外现场观测的方法,针对在动水条件下,重金属在沉积物-间隙水-上覆水-底栖生物-沉水植物多介质中的迁移规律以及水生植物对水动力的影响和对水体污染物净化的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:不同的扰动风速可以改变水流结构,随着风扰动增强,水体重金属总量增大,悬浮物成为影响重金属行为的关键因子。水动力作用对底栖生物组织吸附重金属有较明显的促进作用,吸附重金属的比例明显增加而对组织内吸收重金属的作用不明显。水生植物能够有效地减小水流流速,并且减少上覆水中的悬浮颗粒物,缓解沉积物中营养盐和重金属的释放;水动力条件能够促进水生植物叶、根组织中对重金属的富集和对营养盐的吸收作用。

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism of multi-phase transformation and ecological effect of the heavy metals in the rivers under different hydrodynamic conditions,and the coupling effect of aquatic plants on contaminant removing and flow structure.The migration of heavy metals in multi-phase(sediment-interstitial water-overlying water-benthic-submerged plant),and the effect of aquatic plants on hydrodynamic conditions and the purification of water pollution under the condition of flowing water were studied with the indoor flume experiments and field observation experiment.The research results show that the different disturbance of wind speed can change the flow structure,the amount of heavy metals will increase with the stronger wind disturbance in the water,and suspended solids become the key factor which affects the behavior of heavy metals.Hydrodynamic effect has significant effect on promoting heavy metal adsorption by benthic animals and the proportion of the adsorbed heavy metal increased,but the absorbed heavy metal in the organization showed changed little under hydrodynamic conditions.Aquatic plant can effectively reduce the flow velocity and the suspended particulate matter in the overlying water,and diminish the release of nutrient and heavy metal in sediments.The accumulation of heavy metal and nutrient by the leaves and roots of aquatic plant was promoted under hydrodynamic conditions.
