新形势下中小学教师的知识管理的问题以及对策研究——兼谈新知识管理的应用
The Problems and Solutions about the Knowledge Management of the Primary and Middle School Teachers under the New Situation——The Application of New Knowledge Management

【摘要】 教育面临着挑战,教师首当其冲。如何提高教师尤其是中小学教师的知识水平和能力,是令全社会关注的问题。本文从知识管理的角度出发,在对当前中小学教师知识管理的现状进行分析后,提出了相应的对策与建议,并结合新知识管理的思想,引入了"知识管理师"的概念。
【Abstract】 Nowadays education is facing challenge and teachers are the first to face them.How to improve the knowledge levels and abilities of teachers especially the primary and middle school teachers is a problem concerned by the whole society.From the perspective of knowledge management,some solutions and suggestions have been come up with in this article and the new concept "knowledge manager" has also been introduced after the analysis of the current situation of the knowledge management of the primary and middle school teachers.
