【Abstract】 Modern distance education was tied up by problems such as narrow band,insufficient fund and having difficulty in making courseware.Real-time recording and playing machine system have realized playing real-time on internet and Video-On-Demand from narrow band to broad band.In practice,it can make full use of resources in existence,education department can put modern distance education in practice with less money.更多还原
