【Abstract】 New rural pension endowment fund is the core-problem of the new rural social endowment system. There are muriple principal-agent relations in the new rural pension endowment fund management. Base on the analysis of the principal-agent relations and its risk between subjects, the paper constructs the excitation mechanism and risk management mechanism to control the risk of principal-agent and insure the safety of the New Rural Pension Endowment fund.更多还原
