有机玻璃(亚克力)的力学性能及其工程应用

【摘要】 有机玻璃的应用日益广泛,对其力学性能的研究尤为重要。介绍了有机玻璃的三种增韧技术:交联改性、共聚改性、定向拉伸;概括了有机玻璃在工程中的应用。对于本构关系,介绍了Maxwell模型、Kelvin模型、三元件(标准线性固定)模型以及ZWT非线性粘弹性本构模型。对于试验研究的类型,总结了国内外学者关于准静态、动态拉压试验、蠕变和应力松弛试验、疲劳和裂纹扩展试验以及有机玻璃残余应力和老化等研究现状。增韧技术对有机玻璃的性能影响较大,温度和应变率等条件对其力学性能也有显著的影响。
【Abstract】 The application of PMMA is increasingly widespread and the study on its mechanical behavior is of great importance.This present paper introduces three toughening technologies,namely crosslinking modification,copolymerization modification,orientation stretching,and summarizes the engineering application of PMMA.For the constitutive equation,Maxwell model,Kelvin model,standard linear solid model and ZWT model have been presented.For the kinds of experiments,the research status of quasi-static and dynamic tensile-compressive tests,creep and stress relaxation tests,fatigue and crack propagation tests,residual stress and ageing tests haven been concluded.Toughening technologies,as well as temperature and strain rate,have a prominent influence on the mechanical behavior of PMMA.
