表面特性对倾斜朝下加热面沸腾换热的影响

【摘要】 本文通过喷砂处理改变加热面的表面特性包括粗糙度、接触角进行倾斜朝下加热面的池沸腾试验来研究这些因素对沸腾换热及临界热流密度(CHF)的影响。常压下,倾斜角0°、30°、60°、90°,工质为去离子水时,在光滑表面、30目棕刚玉砂喷砂、80目棕刚玉喷砂表面分别进行池沸腾实验。研究表明:相较于光滑表面,喷砂处理后的加热面粗糙度增大,沸腾换热系数也随之增大,但表面粗糙度对CHF的影响并不显著。喷砂后固液接触角会变小,且CHF随接触角变小而增大。

【Abstract】 This paper aims to investigate the effects of surface characteristics include roughness,contact angle changing by sand blast and the high temperature oxidation of the heating surface on boiling heat transfer and critical heat flux(CHF) through the pool boiling experiment of sloping down surface. The experimental condition is under atmospheric pressure. The tilt angle includes 0 °, 30 °, 60 ° and 90 °. The working medium is deionized water. The pool Boiling experiments are conducted under he smooth surface, 30 mesh corundum sand blasting surfaces, 80 mesh corundum sandblasting and the high-temperature oxidation surface respectively. Compared to the smooth surface, the roughness of sandblasting surface increases,and boiling heat transfer coefficient also increases, but the effect of roughness on the CHF is not significant. After blasting the solid-liquid contact angle becomes smaller, and the CHF increases as the contact angle becomes smaller.
