多元阻抗耦合悬架系统的振动传递特性分析

【摘要】 基于机电相似性理论,研究了惯容器、弹簧、阻尼器(Inerter-Spring-Damper)三类机械元件的力传递机理,从悬架系统传递力的角度分析了两种车辆ISD悬架的隔振性能,并应用机械阻抗法建立了车辆ISD悬架双质量系统模型,研究元件参数变化对悬架系统振动传递特性影响。得到结论:质量阻抗的引入有效提升了悬架的低频隔振性能,且质量阻抗的参数变化对悬架振动传递特性的影响较小。所研究的Ⅱ型ISD悬架在全频域范围内具有较好的隔振性能,适合车辆悬架的应用。
【Abstract】 Based on the mechanical-electrical analogy theory,the force transfer mechanism of the three mechanical elements ’ inerter,spring and damper’ were analyzed.According to the force transfer of suspension system,the vibration isolation perionnance of the two types of vehicle ISD suspension was studied.The dual-mass system models of the vehicle ISD suspension was built by using the mechanical impedance method and the influences of variation of parameters on vibration transfer characteristic were studied.Results show that the introducing of mass impedance enhanced the vibration isolation perionnance of suspension in low frequency effectively.Also,the variation of parameter of the mass impedance has little effect on vibration transfer characteristic of suspension system.The second suspension system has superior vibration isolation perionnance than the passive suspension in all frequency field and can be used in vehicle suspension design.
