动力涡轮复合增压柴油机性能的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 能源危机已成为当今世界各国所面对的共同难题,开发高效柴油机始终是内燃机研究的关键课题。研究表明,传统柴油机40%左右的燃料燃烧发热量均随着排气流失浪费掉了,若能更好地利用这部分排气能量将大大提高柴油机性能。动力涡轮复合增压系统可以较好地对排气能量进行再利用。本文建立了动力涡轮复合增压柴油机仿真模型,并进行数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,转速较低时,动力涡轮对发动机外特性影响不大;随着转速的增加,发动机动力性、经济性均有明显改善,到2200r/min时,功率、转矩较原机均增加9%左右,比油耗降低8%左右。
【Abstract】 Nowadays Energy shortage is a problem that all countries in the world are confronted with,and developing high-efficient diesel engine is the pivotal task in the engine research.Studies show that about 40% of fuel combustion heat is wasted as exhaust loss in traditional diesel engines.If the exhaust energy is well utilized,engine performance will be greatly enhanced.Power turbine system does well in utilization of exhaust energy.In this paper a power turbine compound turbocharged diesel engine model was built,and the simulation investigation was carried out.The simulation results showed that power turbine system had little effect on the external characteristics of diesel engines at low speed,but improved the power and fuel economy obviously at high speed.At 2200 rpm,the power and torque was increased by 9% than traditional diesel engines,and the brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) was decreased by 8%.
